Subscription Policy

What you pay

Premium costs $9.99 per month, charged when you subscribe and then at the start of each billing period. The price is always shown before you pay.

Renewal

Premium renews automatically until you cancel. The renewal date is shown on your profile and in the email we send when you subscribe.

Cancelling

Cancel any time: open your profile, choose “Manage billing”, then cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

If you were charged for a renewal you didn’t mean to keep, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it. Your local consumer law may give you further rights.

Price changes

If we change the price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription.
