These terms cover your use of activateiq.co (“ActivateIQ”, “we”, “us”). By taking the test or creating an account you agree to them.

What ActivateIQ is

ActivateIQ offers an online reasoning test and an estimated IQ score. Scores are for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not a clinical, educational or diagnostic assessment, and you shouldn’t use them to make medical, hiring or educational decisions.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 16 to create an account.

Premium

Premium is a subscription that renews automatically at the price shown before you pay, until you cancel. See our Subscription Policy for billing, cancellation and refunds.

Acceptable use

• Don’t copy, scrape or republish the test questions.
• Don’t try to interfere with the site, other accounts or our payment systems.
• Don’t use automated tools to take the test.

Content

The test, questions, reports and site design belong to ActivateIQ. You may keep and share your own report.

Liability

We provide the service “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect.
