Billing Policy

Everything on ActivateIQ is a one-time payment. We don’t sell subscriptions, and nothing renews by itself.

What you can buy

• Full IQ Report: $14, a one-time payment for the report of one test. You keep it, and you won’t be charged again.
• ActivateIQ Plus: $59.99, paid once for one year of access from the day you buy. It doesn’t renew, and you won’t be charged again.

Prices are always shown before you pay, next to the payment button.

When Plus ends

Your end date is on your profile. When the year is up, Plus simply stops and your account goes back to free. Your results stay, and so do any reports you bought on their own. You can buy another year of Plus once your current one has ended.

Refunds

You can get a full refund for Plus within 14 days of buying it. See our Refund Policy for reports, customers in the EU and UK, and how to ask.

Price changes

We may change our prices. A change never affects anything you’ve already paid for.

Subscriptions with the previous operator

ActivateIQ has new owners. Charges from the previous operator of activateiq.co (weekly subscriptions from 2024–2025) were not made by us, and we can’t access those accounts. Contact your bank or card issuer about those charges.
